In this book author said that sleep is more important than food and exercise. The key concept of this book is if you dont sleep for a day, healthy person becomes pre-diabatic person. And most people 
say that 8 hours is the best sleep but in this book they say that 7 and half hours is good, but it changes from person to person. The author explains about power of sleeep.

 In this book there is an interesting concept i.e, pickle brain concept. This concept is based on addiction. For suppose we make mango pickle from mangoes but we cant make mangopickle to
mangoes.So the same way if a person is addicted to anything his brain becomes like mangopickle
and he cant convert to mangoes. So finally he says that if you are staring anything new like any
video games you need to think that if you will be addicted or not. If you think that you can addict to that dont do that thing. I recommend this to everyone.

In this book he said many things, and now iam sharing my favourite concept in this book.  
so many people will compare with succesful people that is not wrong but there is one fault in this,
that is so many people will think that succesful people became overnight popular but the thing is
we dont see their hardwork. jordan peterson said that you should not compare with succesful people,
you need to compare with yourself, how you been yesterday and today, if you improve better than yesterday then tou become succesful in your life. It is highly recommended book.

 In this book there are many practical lessons and i'm sharing one intersting thing in this book.
No one will hurt you intentionally especially family members, He said his personal experience in this book i.e, he brings costly brand new car to home but he didnt use that car due to his bussiness work
he went to europe.At that time his wife uses that car too drop their children to school, while shee takes the car from garage it damages . then she fears a lot, and thnks like he will scold him.she calls her and
explains abouth this car situation but he will not scold anything just he says no problem its okay.
After coming to home also he will not say anything and he never mentioned about that topic.then his wife will suprise. He says that why he didnt angry because family will never do bad things to us intentionally.so he didnt act anger.

This is my all time favourite book. this book changed me a lot, it says about positive thinking how it will
affect to us.In this book there is a story that a old women gets an accident and she goes to hospital and
doctor checks her leg and he suprised at her leg.so old lady asks and says that why are you so suprised?, the doctor says that how you are walking? the old ladt says normally i walk.
the doctor asks immediately you are not having one bone and how you are walking, old lady says  
i dont know that thing at my childhood iam unable to walk properly, but all childrens are running 
and i also desire to run, so slowly i started walking. so conclusion is that we will get 
amazing results for positive thinking.

This book is written by marcus aurelius.roman emperor written in 2500 years back.he written this book at his war time his personal journal he said many things in that, my favourite line is that so many people will think that they should impress others and they behave how other says and how they commands,But he says one thing that so many people will dont like themselves,so why we need to think 
about others he said many things like that, i highly recommend to read everyone.

In this book last chapters they said that so many people think that if we are getting any disease we think that due to our food habits we will say that is one angle but the author explains the other angle that is
peoples emotions will affect on their disease,she explains some examples, likesome people will
scold themselves about their life and getting angry for small things, like these things will happen
you may get cancer, so emotions will also play major part of our health. so i recommend this to read everyone.

Why recommend this book because how doctors will do mistakes unfortunately and what is the reason
behind that and how we need to take care.we all know that standard of care, in 18th century, the doctors should follow the rules by standard of care and if they break it they will get warning,
So in 1800's time if any child is more active parents will go to hospital and the doctors will do lobotomi.
i'm not saying doctors are bad but this book will show the how it improves.
